Rules & Regulations
The Cemetery and its agents have the authority to enter upon any lot and remove any objectionable item or erection that may have been placed there contrary to the regulations of the Board. They may also remove any tree, shrub, or vine that has been planted against the rules of the Cemetery.
The management also has the authority to remove any deteriorated items that no longer contribute to the beauty and dignity of the Cemetery. The management is not responsible for items so removed.
Holders containing flowers or other decorations will be removed as soon as the flowers fade and wither, and the Cemetery reserves the right to make such removals. Winter wreaths and holiday decorations will be removed annually on or after March 5th.
